We have specialized in dragé, where, for example, licorice is coated with a thin layer of chocolate. Finally, powder is sprinkled on or they are polished. We have developed the technique over a number of years, so that we can now also offer a chocolate ball with liquid filling. Our caramel ball with a liquid tonka has won an international private label award in 2023.
