Filled pralines

For our filled pralines, we cook our own ganache from e.g. cream, butter and fruit puree. A tradition that dates back to 1936. We do it because we think it can be tasted when good ingredients are used. Marzipan made from Californian almonds is coated with delicious chocolate and decorated with sprinkles or stripes.
